Make Old Homes Energy Efficient
Older homes often come with stunning period features and a charm that can’t be reproduced, however unfortunately they can also come with a host of issues. 1. Spray Foam Insulation

5. Draught-proofing
Our final tip is a cheaper option that you can do yourself and can quickly improve your energy efficiency. Draught-proofing is simply stopping warm air from escaping your house and cold air coming in. Quick fixes include putting a cap on an unused chimney, using a draft excluder to cover the gap under doors and sealing gaps in your floorboards.
